Born and raised in Austin, Crystal Lopez has spent nearly two decades helping buyers, sellers, and investors navigate one of the nation's most dynamic real estate markets. Since beginning her career in 2006, she has successfully represented clients in more than 400 real estate transactions, totaling over $203 million in career sales throughout Central Texas.

Crystal's real estate career began in 2006 during one of the industry's most challenging periods, where she gained valuable experience navigating foreclosures, short sales, and complex transactions. Those early years built the foundation for the strategic thinking, adaptability, and problem-solving skills that continue to define her approach today.

Over the course of her career, Crystal has represented buyers and sellers through more than 400 successful transactions, totaling over $203 million in career sales. Her experience spans first-time homebuyers, luxury homes, investment properties, relocation clients, and residential resale throughout Austin and Central Texas.

Along the way, Crystal has collaborated with many of the industry's most respected professionals, including top-producing agents, real estate attorneys, lenders, title professionals, inspectors, contractors, and transaction specialists. These relationships, combined with nearly twenty years of experience, have strengthened her ability to negotiate strategically, overcome challenges, and create opportunities for her clients.

Earlier in her career, Crystal helped establish Redfin's presence in the Austin market before later serving as a Principal Listing Specialist, where she further refined her expertise in pricing strategy, listing marketing, and client representation. As a Commissioned Texas Notary Public since 2007, she also brings an exceptional level of professionalism, accuracy, and attention to detail to every transaction.
